DentBeacon is dental practice management software for clinics in India. For our website visitors, DentBeacon is the controller of the limited personal data described below. For patient data inside the product, thedental clinic is the Data Fiduciary and DentBeacon acts as a Data Processor on the clinic's behalf, under a Data Processing Agreement.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the marketing website at https://www.dentbeacon.com and the contact/demo requests you send us. Patient data handled inside the product for a clinic is governed by that clinic's own privacy notice and our Data Processing Agreement with them — not this page.
What we collect
- Demo / early-access enquiries: your name, clinic name, city, email and/or phone, and anything you write to us.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics: aggregate usage of this website. We avoid intrusive tracking and do not sell your data.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and improve this website. We use your contact details only for the purpose you contacted us about.
Your rights
Consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data you've shared with us, and withdraw consent at any time. Email[email protected] and we'll action it.
Where your data lives
